White Hall Vineyards offers a beautiful space for you to hold your own special event. We have an upstairs banquet room with beautiful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the vineyards. It is a wonderful space for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, and private parties. You might also be interested in setting up a tent near majestic oak trees. How much does the space cost?
Banquet Room: $1500
Entire Building (including outdoors): $2000
Outdoor Area: $700

Do I need to bring my own caterer?
Yes. You will need to arrange for your own caterer, as well as for tables, chairs, linens, flowers, etc. Charlottesville has a number of excellent caterers available.

Is there a kitchen for my caterer to use?
There is a space that is available for set up, however, it does not have appliances like an oven, stove, or refrigerator. Most caterers can bring all that they need for a successful event!

Do I have to use White Hall Vineyards wines?
Of Course!  White Hall produces a range of wines that should suit your event wonderfully. We offer a 15% discount on cases of wine. PLEASE BE AWARE that no other alcohol is permitted on the premises, including beer and liquor. We thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Are there special times that the banquet space is available?
White Hall Vineyards business hours are 11 am to 5 pm Wednesday through Sunday. If you want to hold an event during those hours, please be aware that normal business traffic will be coming in and out of the winery tasting room. We ask that you indicate the times that you want the space before the event and adhere to those times, including the set-up and clean-up process.
